Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saldora website and the Saldora API (together, the "Service"), operated by Asterios Lentzos ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service computes estimated net-salary, tax, and social-security figures for employees and freelancers across supported European countries, and exposes this via a website and a developer API.

2. Not professional advice

All output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. See our Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using the Service.

3. API access and keys

  • Some endpoints require an API key. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity under it.
  • Where you obtain access through a third-party marketplace (e.g. RapidAPI), that marketplace's terms and pricing also apply to you.
  • Plan limits (e.g. monthly request quotas) are enforced by us and/or the marketplace. We may suspend keys that exceed limits or abuse the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • exceed published rate limits or quotas, or circumvent authentication or metering;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data as a competing calculator product without our written permission;
  • use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any applicable regulation.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access that violates these Terms.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely operation, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tax figures may be incomplete or outdated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for access in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
